Website Design items that are needed before the estimate is given:
- All text (copy) must be typed and submitted.
- All pictures to be used on the website must be submitted.
- Outline of the navigation or pages that they website will have.
- Number of Pages
- List of websites of which they like their design. Or which they feel is the best website in their industry.
- Colors they would like to see.
- Search engine key phrases they would like to be optimized on their site.
- FTP information.
Programming items that are needed before the estimate is given:
- An excel spreadsheet of the user interface and fields for each application page (does not need to include formulas; just explanations or comments).
- A flow chart showing the processes of the application pages.
- All text (copy) and instructions must be typed and submitted.
- Downloadable components (PDFs, videos, etc).
- Merchant account information if an e-commerce site.
- Server information (Shared Linux, version of PHP and MySQL, FTP info, etc.)
